DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Prepare a baking sheet by oiling it. 
  2. With a fork, mash beans until pasty. Chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Stir into the beans.
  3. Combine egg, chili powder, cumin, and Thai chili sauce in a small bowl. Stir into the beans. Mix in bread crumbs. Divide into 4 patties.
  4. Arrange the patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on each side. Enjoy your Veggie Burgers!
