Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs

  1. Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/ Gas Mark 5.
  2. Slice the ribs into pieces. Combine the next five ingredients (from honey to brown sugar) in a large bowl and stir until honey and sugar are dissolved.
  3. Add baking soda and wait for the mixture to foam.
  4. Put the ribs in the bowl and turn to coat.
  5. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the ribs on the sheet meat side up.
  6. Pour the excess sauce over the ribs and sprinkle them with garlic salt.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour. Turn the ribs every 20 minutes.
