DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325° F (165° C/Gas mark 3).
- Cook rice and lentils according to the package directions.
- Mash lentils. Add wheat, bread crumbs, dried thyme, crushed tomatoes, cooked rice, eggs, onion, ketchup, soy sauce, and mozzarella. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Cover.
- Bake the Vegetarian Meatloaf for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
