DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F (165° C/Gas mark 3).
  2. Cook rice and lentils according to the package directions.
  3. Mash lentils. Add wheat, bread crumbs, dried thyme, crushed tomatoes, cooked rice, eggs, onion, ketchup, soy sauce, and mozzarella. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Cover. 
  4. Bake the Vegetarian Meatloaf for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
