DIRECTIONS
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until browned. Add ground cinnamon, paprika, garlic, bay leaf, curry powder, ginger, sugar, and salt to taste. Stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken, plain yogurt, tomato paste, and coconut milk.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
  3. Discard bay leaf. Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir. Cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy your Spicy Chicken Curry!
