Delicious Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Cut the chicken wings in half. Dip in egg. Coat with flour.
- In a large, deep skillet over medium-high, heat butter. Add the chicken wings and fry until brown. Place in a roasting pan.
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken wings. Basting the chicken wings with sauce, bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
