DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour milk, coconut milk, and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add rice. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes (until rice is tender and the mixture thickens).
  2. Add cardamom, raisins, and rose water. Continue cooking for several minutes more. Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with nuts. Serve and enjoy your Indian Rice Pudding!
