DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F (160° C/Gas mark 3). Preparer a 10-inch bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Combine lemon cake mix and instant lemon pudding mix. Add vegetable oil. Stir. Gradually beat in the eggs. Stir in lemon beverage. Pour into the pan. 
  3. Bake for 50 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and see if it comes out clean. Let the Lemon cake cool. 
  4. To make the glaze: whisk together confectioners' sugar and lemon juice. The consistency of the glaze should remind that of honey. Add more sugar if necessary. Spoon the mixture over the top of the lemon cake.
