DIRECTIONS
  1. In a dish, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and ground black pepper. Put the meat into the dish and toss it around to fully cover with the marinade. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours. Take meat out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before planned grilling to let the meat reach the room temperature.
  2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat and slightly oil the grill grate.
  3. Place steaks on the grill, and discard the liquid. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, or to the desired doneness.
