  1. Prepare a large resealable plastic bag and add the first seven ingredients (from soy sauce to garlic powder) to it. Seal and shake well.
  2. Add pork, shake again, seal, and keep it in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours.
  3. Heat the grill to high, lightly oil the grate, place the pork on the grill and discard the marinade.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes or until done, slice, and serve.
