DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and shape a loaf.
  3. Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan and place the meatloaf in it.
  4. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the dish is cooked through.
