Mouthwatering Fried Chicken
- Mix flour, seasoned salt, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a shallow plate. Roll chicken in the mixture. Place the chicken pieces on a platter. Dip each piece in egg. Roll in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet to 375° F (190° C).
- Fry chicken for 5 minutes per side. Cover and lower the heat. Cook for 10 min.
- Turn up the heat and fry for about 5 min on each side, uncovered. Juices should run clear. Drain on paper towels. Serve and enjoy your Fried Chicken!
