DIRECTIONS
  1. Add sugar, milk, and butter to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, let boil for one minute, then remove from heat.
  2. Add vanilla extract and peanut butter, stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in oats.
  4. Scoop by spoonfuls and drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill until set and serve.
