DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a griddle by lightly oiling it. Preheat over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, baking soda, and salt. Make a little well in the center of the mixture.
  3. Beat together egg, milk, and oil in a bowl. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour onto the griddle (1/4 cup at a time). Cook until brown on each side. Serve and enjoy your Perfect Pancakes!
