Angel hair pasta

Fresh basil, chopped

  1. Pour water in a large pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cook until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium-high. Add plum tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and broth. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper, black pepper, basil, and pasta. Toss to coat. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your Tomato Pasta!
