Uncooked farfalle pasta 
 1 (16 oz) package
Hot Italian turkey sausage 
 1 lb, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Olive oil 
 1/2 cup, divided
4 cloves, diced
 1/2 cup, diced
Small zucchini 
 2, chopped
Small yellow squash
Plum tomatoes
6, chopped 
Green bell pepper
1, chopped
Fresh basil 
20 leaves
Chicken bouillon granules 
2 tsps
Red pepper flakes 
1/2 tsp
Parmesan cheese 
1/2 cup, grated

  1. Pour water into a large pot and lightly salt it. Bring it to a boil. Place the pasta in the pot and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium, cook the turkey sausage until evenly brown. Set aside. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in the skillet; add garlic and onion. Cook until they're tender. Add zucchini, yellow squash, plum tomatoes, bell pepper, and basil leaves. Add bouillon and season with red pepper. Add the remaining oil, stir. Cook about 10 minutes.
  3. Add pasta, turkey sausage, and cheese. Cook about 5 minutes.
