DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 250° F (120° C).
- Beat egg white with water until foamy. Add pecans. Stir to coat.
- Combine white sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into the nut mixture. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour (stir every 15 minutes!). Enjoy your State Fair Pecans!
