DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 250° F (120° C).
  2. Beat egg white with water until foamy. Add pecans. Stir to coat. 
  3. Combine white sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into the nut mixture. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 1 hour (stir every 15 minutes!). Enjoy your State Fair Pecans!
