- Remove fat from pork chops. Place them in a slow cooker.
- Mix sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the pork chops. Cover, cook on Low for 6 hours (until tender). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Enjoy your Chinese Pork Chops!
