  1. Pour water in a large pot, lightly salt, and bring it to a boil. Add penne pasta. Cook until al dente (about 10 min). Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Remove casing from sausage. Add to the skillet. Breaking up the meat, cook until it turns brown. Add garlic and red pepper to the skillet. Cook until garlic turns golden brown. Add crushed tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. After that, simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add vodka and whipping cream and bring to a boil. After reducing heat to low, add penne pasta and toss. Add fresh parsley. Serve.
