DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse sushi rice in a strainer until water runs clear.
  2. Pour water in a medium saucepan. Add rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 min, covered (until rice is tender). Let the rice cool a little. 
  3. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt in another saucepan. Cook the mixture over medium heat (until sugar dissolves). Let the mixture cool and stir it into the rice. The rice will dry as it cools. Enjoy your Perfect Rice for Sushi Rolls!
