DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it.
  2. Combine oats, wheat germ, cinnamon, brown sugar, flour, raisins (optional), and salt in a bowl. Make a depression in the center. Pour in honey, beaten egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix. Pat into the pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden at the edges. Allow to cool for about 5 min. Cut into bars while still warm. Enjoy your Granola Bars!
