DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 300° F (150° C).
  2. Place foil into the bottom of a roasting pan. Place the meat on the foil.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the roast. Sprinkle the roast with 2 tbsps water. Fold foil over. Seal the edges of the foil. 
  4. Bake for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy your Pot Roast!
