Potato Salad With Bacon
- Cut peeled potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces. Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add the potato pieces. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook over medium-high in a large skillet until the bacon turns brown.
- Chop celery, green onions, olives, and radishes into small pieces. Place them into a large bowl. Add the potato pieces and bacon. Mix. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir and place the salad in the fridge for a few hours. Serve.
