DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare two 8x4-inch loaf pans: grease and flour them. 
  2. Mix eggs, cake mix, pudding mix, water, seeds, and oil in a bowl. Spread into the pans. 
  3. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and check if it comes out clean. Enjoy your easy lemon poppy seed bread!
