- In a deep skillet, cook bacon slices over medium-high heat until brown. Drain and crumble.
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9-inch pie pan by greasing it. Line the bottom with Swiss cheese and bacon.
- Whisk together beaten eggs, salt, butter, onion, all-purpose flour, and milk. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
