1 (15 oz) can, rinsed and drained

Black Bean Burgers
- Pour water in a saucepan. Add quinoa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 15 min (until the water has been absorbed).
- Mash beans with a fork leaving some whole beans.
- Mix quinoa, bread crumbs, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, bell pepper, minced onion, hot pepper sauce, and egg into the beans. Form into 5 patties.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil. Cook the black bean patties for 2 min per side. Enjoy your Black Bean Burgers!
