Ground black pepper
1/2 lb, quartered
2 springs, minced
Asparagus and Mushrooms (Healthy!)
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying it with vegetable cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine asparagus and mushrooms. Drizzle with oil and season with rosemary, pepper, and salt to taste. Toss.
- Arrange asparagus and mushrooms on the baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes (until asparagus is tender). Enjoy your Asparagus and Mushrooms!
