DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Prepare a medium-sized baking dish and grease it lightly.
  3. Combine butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Put salmon in the baking dish and drizzle the mixture over it.
  5. Season fish with all the remaining ingredients, from dill weed to pepper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
