Tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Easy Sauteed Apples
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Put apples in the skillet. Constantly stirring, cook about 6 minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water. Put it in the skillet. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in. Stirring occasionally, let it boil for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
