DIRECTIONS
  1. Add water, mayo, and wine to the bowl with beaten eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; whisk very well. Mix in Cheddar cheese.
  2. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat, let it heat up. Pour egg mixture into the pan, stir and cook until well done. Make sure you do not overdo the eggs – they should still be quite soft, not like regular scrambled eggs.
  3. Serve immediately.
