DIRECTIONS
- With your hands, mix beef, egg, round cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and poultry seasoning. Shape the mixture into 6 (1-inch thick) patties.
- Fry for 3 min per side over medium-high heat in a skillet. Drain. Transfer to a platter.
- In the skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms. Stirring, cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour. Mix well. Stir in milk and bouillon. Continue cooking over medium heat until it just starts to thicken. Add the patties. Reduce heat to low. Occasionally stirring, continue cooking for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy!
