DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Toss in onion and cook until softened for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
  2. Put venison roast in a slow cooker and add onion mixture. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the venison.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and continue cooking on low until tender for 4 to 5 hours.
