DIRECTIONS
- Put the first four ingredients (from beef roast to celery) in a slow cooker.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Add the two sauces over the meat and veggies and cook on low until meat becomes tender, or for about 6 to 8 hours.
