  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  2. Roll beef in all-purpose flour. Saute the beef in the skillet for 5 minutes (until browned). Then, transfer to the slow cooker. Top the beef with mushroom soup, water, and beef bouillon.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 8 hours. During the last 30 minutes, stir in sour cream. Serve and enjoy your Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff!
