DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a crock-pot and spray the inside of it with cooking spray.
  2. Mix vegetable oil and uncooked macaroni together in the crock-pot. The macaroni should be coated.
  3. Add evaporated milk, broccoli, Cheddar cheese, milk, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover the crock-pot. Cook on low heat until the sauce is bubbling and macaroni is soft. It will take you about 3 hours. Stir frequently.
