Red potatoes

  1. Pour water into a large pot and bring water to a boil. Add potatoes, garlic, and bouillon about 15 minutes (until the potatoes are tender but firm). Drain, reserving water. 
  2. Mash potatoes with sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Add reserved water. 
  3. Place the mashed potatoes into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 hours, covered. Stir in butter and season the potatoes with salt and pepper before serving.
