  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Melt white sugar until golden in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Carefully pour into a 9-inch glass baking dish. Turn to coat the bottom and sides. Set the baking dish aside.
  3. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Beat in evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into the glass dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 1 hour. Allow the flan to cool completely. Carefully invert on serving plate. Serve and enjoy your Spanish Flan!
