DIRECTIONS
- Whisk lime juice with olive oil until thoroughly emulsified.
- Add cilantro, red pepper flakes, chopped shallots; season with salt and pepper, mix well.
- Add mangos to a salad bowl, top with the dressing. Gently stir until coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap, let sit in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
