DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk lime juice with olive oil until thoroughly emulsified.
  2. Add cilantro, red pepper flakes, chopped shallots; season with salt and pepper, mix well.
  3. Add mangos to a salad bowl, top with the dressing. Gently stir until coated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap, let sit in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
