Bow tie pasta

DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot. Put bow tie pasta into boiling water and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. After the pasta is cooked through, in about 12 minutes, rinse it with cold water. Drain in a colander.
  2. Combine the spinach and basil in a large bowl.
  3. Pour olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add prosciutto and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat and combine with the spinach and basil. Add the drained pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts before serving.
