DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk soy with honey and lemon juice; stir in sesame seeds.
  3. Dip chicken thighs, one by one, into the sauce to coat on all sides and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Basting occasionally, cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
