Poppy Seed Pancakes
- In a bowl, stir milk, vinegar, and juice together. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 min. Whisk in egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Mix all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, seeds, and zest.
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Whisk until mostly free of lumps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Prepare it using a cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of the batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2 min, until bubbles appear. Flip and cook on the other side for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Poppy Seed Pancakes!
