DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil. Coat with spray. 
  2. Combine nuts in a bowl. Add ground black pepper, salt, ground cumin, and cayenne. Toss to coat. 
  3. In a saucepan over medium, melt butter with sugar and water. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Pour over the nuts. Stir. Arrange the nuts on the baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir to coat. Spread the nuts into a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes, or until roasted. Before serving, allow the party nuts to cool.
