DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and onion in a medium bowl. Shape the beef mixture into balls (golf ball-sized).
  2. Cook the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat until brown. Set aside.
  3. Mix sugar, flour, water, vinegar, and sauce in a large saucepan. Add the meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for half an hour.
