DIRECTIONS
  1. Add vegetable oil to a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.
  3. Add chicken broth and the contents of all cans. Mix well and let heat through before serving.

 

Recipe Modification: Heat-lovers can, together with beans, add a minced clove of garlic, 1 tsp. cumin, 2 tsp. chili powder and 1/16 tsp red pepper for an extra kick!
