DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C). Prepare muffin cups by greasing them.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, salt, 3/4 cup white sugar, and baking powder. Pour vegetable oil into a measuring cup (1 cup). Add egg. Fill the cup with milk. Add this to the flour mixture and mix well. Fold in the berries. Fill the prepared muffin cups. and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
  3. For the topping (optional): Mix 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, and 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon. With a fork, mix it. Sprinkle the muffins with the mixture. 
  4. Bake for 20 min. Serve and enjoy your muffins!
