  1. Mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, and poultry seasoning in a bowl. Combine 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, beaten egg yolks, and 1 1/2 cups beer (you can use water instead of beer) in a separate medium-sized bowl. 
  2. In a deep-fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350° F (175° C).
  3. Moisten chicken with water. Dip each chicken piece in the dry mixture. Dip in the wet mixture. Dip in the dry mixture again.
  4. Place chicken in the fryer. Fry for 15 min (until browned). Remove the chicken pieces from the fryer. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy your Crispy Fried Chicken!
