Whole Grain Waffles
- Whisk together beaten eggs, canola oil, skim milk, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract. Beat in pastry flour, wheat germ, flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, white sugar, and salt. Make sure the mixture is smooth.
- Preheat a waffle iron. Prepare it with a cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the prepared iron in batches. Cook until golden brown. Enjoy your Whole Grain Waffles!
