DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a bag, combine paprika, almond meal, salt, and pepper. 1 at a time, place chicken into the bag. Seal the bag and shake until coated. Place coated chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear). Serve and enjoy your Almond Chicken!
