DIRECTIONS
  1. In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Beat milk and eggs together in a bowl. Combine all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Stir until smooth. 
  3. Covering the funnel hole with your hand, pour in 1 cup of the mixture. Starting from the center, make a 6-inch round. Fry until the cake golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with confectioners' sugar. Enjoy your Funnel Cakes!
