DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 200° F (93° C). 
  2. Toss sliced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Put a metal rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Lay the apples on top of the rack. 
  4. Bake for 3 hours (until dry but still pliable). Halfway through, flip the apple chips.
