DIRECTIONS
- Snap the woody ends off the asparagus. Cut the asparagus into 1-inch lengths.
- Pour water into a pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 minutes, or until almost done. Add asparagus. Cook for 4 minutes, or until the pasta is done. Drain.
- Toss the pasta and asparagus with butter, nutmeg, cream, salt, ground black pepper, and cheese. Before serving, top with more cheese. Enjoy your Asparagus Alfredo!
